Originally from Newburyport, MA, Thomasine “Tomi” Ambrose brings more than ten years of hands-on experience in animal care to the team. Her background includes work in Animal Control, as well as roles as an Animal Inspector and Veterinary Technician.
Tomi has a special talent for helping nervous pets feel safe and calm. She approaches every patient with the same compassion she shows her own dog, Jake, a 12-year-old Boxer mix she rescued through Animal Control. Jake is her constant companion, loyal adventure partner, and a true member of the family.
When she’s not at the clinic, Tomi enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves hiking, biking, kayaking, and working in her garden. Whether on the trail or relaxing in her backyard with Jake, she finds joy in nature and in caring for animals every day.
