Admission to the clinic for surgery and medical care is by appointment between 9:00 and 9:30 am.
Visiting hospitalized pets is encouraged when it will provide an emotional asset to patient and client.
Emergencies are admitted immediately upon arrival. If possible have someone call in advance to provide information.
Instructions and recommendations for admission are made before your visit. Common instructions include fasting prior to the administration of anesthesia and before some lab tests.

We are located in Manchester-by-the-Sea, about 1/2 mile north of the village on Route 127. The address is 66 Summer Street. Coming from Manchester take a left on Allen Ave and an immediate right into our parking lot.
We are accessable from all areas near Cape Ann via Route 128. Take Exit 16 (Pine Street) . Take a left on Pine Street and continue to the end of Pine Street. A left hand turn on Rt 127 will bring you through the Village of Manchester.
